1. Trial Structure

• Each trial is 20 minutes total:
  • 5 minutes setup
  • 10 minutes operation
  • 5 minutes exit

Prelims: Single-Lane Trials

• 5 concurrent lanes; up to 15 trials per hour
• Each team gets 10 trials: 2 in each of the 5 lanes
• All teams follow the same increasing difficulty sequence
• Teams may drop the lower score in each lane (best 1 of 2 kept)

Semis: Multi-Lane Sequences

• 2 concurrent start points; up to 6 trials per hour
• Teams complete both left and right lane sequences
• Order may be chosen, but out-of-order runs require longer navigation
• Teams may drop 1 out of 4 scores in this phase

Finals: Continuous Circuit

• Full course runs in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions
• All lanes included, performed in a prescribed or chosen sequence
• Winner determined by completion and efficiency
